All Hygeia crystal essences are made at our Holistic Wellness Center in Connecticut with pure white vinegar and spring water energized by the light of the sun and full moon. Each crystal essence comes in a 1/2 oz. bottle with a dropper. There are many ways to work with crystal elixirs. The essences may be combined with each other, or used one at a time. Similar to working with flower essences or homeopathic remedies, you may take the essence internally by the drop or the dropperful, or add a dropperful to your favorite body cream or shampoo. As with a regular crystal, you can carry the elixir around with you in your purse or pocket, put it under your pillow or bed, or hold it during meditation and trance work.
