For those of you that are feeling alone and know not where to go. We are here and Hygeia will be open for the 4th. Stop by and we'll exchange stories, hugs, gifts, etc. Bring a chair, cooler, entertainment, snacks, whatever your heart desires.
Many changes are occurring everywhere. Though it may appear to be chaotic, know it is for the highest good. Hygeia has also been changing ~ all good... We're now open on sundays from 12 to 3 to accommodate our weekenders. If you need supplements or other items from our store and have trouble getting out, we do mail order. If you have health questions and can't afford the consulting fee, simply call/e-mail and ask for "Help". In exchange we simply ask that you purchase our recommended products.
Movement Classes like Light Movement, Polarity Yoga and Tai-chi
are now being offered for as little as $11 per class. Feel free to drop in.
This gentle, relaxing movement session
will stimulate the heart chakra and assist in ones ultimate values It further stimulates the loving the emotional sides towards nurturing, bringing spiritual wisdom, health, knowledge and higher understanding.
Mat is recommended.

Polarity
Yoga is used to release tension and stress that has built up in the
body and chakras. Through breathwork and polarity movement, your energy "prana" will flow to create balance between you and your environment. Come and experience the free spirit ~ mind, body & soul. Yoga mat recommended.
